Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Initiating the Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to support@digiadsys.com with the subject line: “Subscription Cancellation Request”.

- Your full name.
- Your account or subscription ID.
- The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).
- Processing Time: Once we receive your email, our team will begin processing your request. This process may take up to 7 working days to complete.
- Service Access Post-Cancellation: After the cancellation is confirmed, you will continue to have access to your DigiAdsys account and services until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We do not provide any refunds—full or partial—for subscriptions canceled during an active billing cycle.
Important Notes:
- No Refunds for Unused Services: Even if you have not used our services during your subscription period, no refunds will be issued.
- Promotional Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased at discounted rates or through promotions are also non-refundable.
- Trial Periods: If your subscription follows a free trial, once the trial ends, charges will apply based on your selected plan, and refunds will not be issued if you decide to cancel later.
